粉料處理大師 The master of powders

DAP 旨在溶解高達 1:1 濃度的粉末化學品。 這意味著只需 1 升水就足夠 1 公斤粉狀化學品，如食鹽、芒硝、純鹼等。

DAP is designed to dissolve powder chemicals up to 1:1 concentration. Which means only 1 litre of water sufficient for 1 kg of powder chemicals such as common salt, glauber’s salt, soda ash etc.

 

 

 

多種筒倉容量 Many variety of silo capacity

DAP 可根據消耗量與 450 升至 31,000 升的各種容量筒倉組合。 筒倉由玻璃纖維製成，並配備液位傳感器和振動裝置。

DAP can be combined with various capacity of silos from 450 litre to 31,000 litre according to consumption. Silos are made in fiber-glass and equipped with level sensors and vibration unit.

 

 

 

亞硫酸氫鹽的特殊護理 Special care for Hydrosulphite

亞硫酸氫鹽不是一種容易處理的化學品，但特殊版本的 DAP 可以處理它。 筒倉配有溫度傳感器和閘刀式分離閥，可將筒倉與水隔開。 為安全起見，筒倉在完成後移回。 自動裝置吹氮氣避免火災。

Hydrosulphite is not an easy chemical to handle however special version of DAP can manage it. Silo is equipped with temperature sensor and guillotine type separation valve to cut of silo from water. Silo moves back after doing is complete for safety. Also automatic unit blows nitrogen avoids fire.

 

 

 

替代溶解器 Alternative dissolvers

DAP 有不同類型的溶解罐。 它可以是360升，500升或特殊版本的高速500升大容量消耗。

DAP has different type dissolver tanks. It can be 360 litre, 500 litre or special version high speed 500 litre for bulk consumption.

 

 

大袋裝卸 Big Bag

DAP 的大袋塗抹器是一種方便的方式，可以方便地將粉末裝入大袋中出售。 大袋裝卸由起重機或叉車完成。

The big bag applicator of DAP is the convenient way to attached powders in sold in big bag. Loading and unloading of big bag is done by crane or forklift.

 

 

 

真空裝載 Vacuum loading

粉末的裝載是通過真空完成的。 操作員只需將袋子倒入料斗中，然後真空將材料轉移到筒倉中。 由於每個筒倉都有獨立的過濾裝置，裝載是無污染的。

Loading of powders is done by vacuum. Operator just dumps bags into hopper and then vacuum transfers material into the silo. Thanks to independent filter unit for each silo, the loading is contamination free.

 

 

 

桶裝亞硫酸氫鹽 Hydrosulphite in drum

當亞硫酸氫鹽從供應商進入滾筒時，滾筒自動卸料裝置將滾筒密封並旋轉。 桶的內容可以使用到最後一克，並與空氣隔離，以保持亞硫酸氫鹽始終新鮮。

When hydrosulphite comes in drum from supplier, automatic drum unloading unit seals the drum and rotates. Content of drum can be used till last gram with isolation of air to keep hydrosulphite always fresh.

 

 

 

單線或多線 Mono or Multi line

DAP 能夠使用單線和多線分配技術。 每個溶解器都可以連接到任何 Color Service 分配器系列或三通閥以輸送液體。 所有溶解器都可以靈活地用於單線和多線技術。

DAP is able to work with mono-line and multi-line dispensing technology. Each every dissolver can be connected to any of Color Service distributor family or 3-Way valves to deliver liquids. All dissolvers are flexible to work for both mono-line and multi-line technologies.
