It is always possible to add more inlets for liquids or more outlets to dispense. DLV Series can be adjusted time to time according to your requirements. You can start with fewer liquids and then add more easily with modular structure.

 

 

比流量計更準確的最高精度秤量 More accurate than flowmeter

DLVPS also have a load-cell to give better accuracy than flowmeter for lower than 500 gram (programmable) dispensing amount. Load cell unit can achieve +/- 0.1 gram accuracy.

DLV Series is able to work with mono-line and multi-line dispensing technology. DLV Series can be connected to any of Color Service distributor family or 3-Way valves to deliver liquids. All DLV Series are flexible to work for both mono-line and multi-line technologies.

DLV Series is equipped with mass flowmeter, which is a more reliable and accurate device. No electrical conductivity is required for liquids to measure. Flowmeter gives the result as gram regardless of the type of chemicals to be dispensed. Density is not important thanks to mass flowmeter technology with +/- 10 gram accuracy.
