高精密秤料台 Scale for high accuracy

DLG 的秤精度為 0.01 克,可直接稱液體重量。 秤料台車在高精度計量閥下移動,以實現最佳精度。

DLG has a scale 0.01 gram accuracy to weigh liquids. A trolley equipped with scale moves under high precision dosing valves to achieve best possible accuracy.

 

雙桶同時下料產線 Double dispensing point

DLG擁有雙分配(轉移)裝置,每一個都有專用的泵、清洗和吹氣結構。 稱重完成後,分配單元會在 DLG 稱重另一種液體時轉移液體。

DLG has double dispensing (transfer) units each one with dedicated pump, washing and blowing structure. After the weighing is completed, a dispense unit transfers the liquid when DLG is weighing another liquid.

單管直送或是多管並用方案 Mono or Multi line

DLG 能夠使用單線和多線點膠技術。 DLG 可以連接到任何 Color Service 分配器系列或三通閥以輸送液體。 所有 DLG 均可靈活用於單線和多線技術。

DLG is able to work with mono-line and multi-line dispensing technology. DLG can be connected to any of Color Service distributor family or 3-Way valves to deliver liquids. All DLG is flexible to work for both mono-line and multi-line technologies.

空氣迫送專利技術 Air blow technology
