如果有一些機器沒有自動控制器或沒有控制器生產商的集中管理，Color Service 提供了一個解決方案：帶有條碼閱讀器的呼叫終端模擬控制器，並在染色機操作員的幫助下。 仍然完整的自動化功能正常工作。

If there is some machines without automatic controller or without centralize management from controller producer, Color Service provides a solution: a call terminal with barcode reader simulate controller with helping of dye machine operator. Still full function of automation works properly.

 

 

 

連續過程 Continuous process

管理連續機器的配方總是有點複雜。 Color Service 擁有先進的管理軟件來處理連續染色或整理機器的所有過程。 根據罐的總量和液位，軟件可以拆分染料和化學溶液的總批次。 必要時自動重複。

It is always slightly complicated to manage recipes for continuous machines. Color Service has advance management software to handle all process of continuous dye or finishing machines. According to total amount and level of tanks, software can split total batch for dye and chemical solution. Repeat in automatic when necessary.
