獨立溶解瓶 Independent dissolver

用於溶液製備的染料溶解在獨立的溶解器中進行，而不是在溶液瓶內進行。 特殊設計的錐形底部溶解器保證完美的解決方案。

Dissolving of dyes for solution making is done in independent dissolver instead of inside of solution bottle. Special designed conic bottom dissolver guarantees perfect solution.

 

 

 

 

自動添加溶解助劑 Automatic chemical addition

如果溶解分散或酸基染料，則需要加入分散劑或醋酸。 SMP 可以使其自動並添加精確數量。

If you dissolve disperse or acid based dyes, you need to add dispersant agent or acetic acid. SMP can make it automatic and add exact quantity.

 

 

 

 

無需停止移液的解決方案 Solution without stopping pipetting

SMP 溶液製作單元完全獨立工作，在移液功能期間不會中斷。 溶液製備和移液可以並行進行。

SMP solution making unit works completely independent without any interruption during pipetting function. Solution making and pipetting can be done parallel.

 

 

 

 

母液的自動壽命檢查 Automatic life check of solution

觀察每種溶液的有效期，甚至在夜間自動刷新以保持溶液新鮮以供使用。

The expiry time of each solution is observed and refresh automatic even night time to keep solution fresh to use.

 

 

 

 

 

自動洗瓶 Automatic bottle washing

在製備溶液之前，SMP 會正確清潔瓶子，甚至可以改變顏色或溶液濃度。

Before preparing the solution, SMP cleans the bottle properly and even makes possible to change colour or solution concentration.

Up to 80 Powder dye stuff hoppers

粉末染料儲存在機器的 1,000 毫升（1 升）料斗中。 粉末裝載非常容易，料斗保持染料乾燥。

Powder dyes are stored in 1,000 cc (1 litre) hoppers in the machine. The loading of powder is very easy and hoppers keep dyes dried.
